+ Tell me about monthly Promos?
Young living annouces monthly promos at the beginning of each month. Starting at 100PV (only applicable for ER participants) Then 190PV, 250PV, 300PV and occassionaly 400PV, on top of your order you will also receive these monthly promos (YL products) for free!
+ With Essential Rewards - Do I have to order EVERY Month?
To maintain your current level of points percentage back, Yes. For example if you have been on Essential Rewards for 6 months ordering at least 50PV a month and you stop then your percent back will drop from 20% and start back at 10%. However there is no commitment and you may cease to place your monthly Essentail Rewards order on any given month.
+ Whats PV and explain the 10-25% points back system?
PV stands for Point Value - approximately 1pt = $1 for most items. To maintain your Essential Rewards benefits you are required to place a monthly order of at least 50PV. For your 1st, 3 months you will get 10% back in points (again points = cash, but in this case store credit) Months 4-24, the percent goes up to 20% and then after the 24th month you'll get 25% back!

+ What is an Essential Rewards kit?
Young Living have 2 ER kits (Thieves and Ningxia Red) these can be added on to your initial order or at any time just as you would add any product to your ER order.
+ Can I use and use the Vitality oils topically?
YES! These oils are labeled for dietary use but can absolutely be used the same way as any other essential oil. What sets them apart is knowing that they can also be ingested!

+ Why can I not just go and buy essential oil from the store?
Quality regulation does not exist regarding essential oils yet. Companies can put any filler or additive into what they call an “essential oil.” Most of what you find at the grocery store contains additional ingredients or has fillers in it. + What do the colors on the essential oil bottle labels mean?
The label color on the single essential oil bottles corresponds with the color of the plant from which the oil was derived. For example, Lavender essential oil comes from a purple flower, so the color of the Lavender bottle label is purple. The color and plant association does not apply to every single essential oil or to the blends, but we try to stick close to that design idea.
Did you know that you can determine which essential oils are safe to ingest by their label color? Vitality essential oils always have white labels and are marked as Vitality, so you can confidently ingest them!
+ Which essential oils are photosensitive? Can they burn my skin?
Some single essential oils and blends can cause photosensitivity and may cause burns if you are exposed to sunlight after applying the oil directly to your skin. Some of our most popular oils that fit this category are Lemon, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Peace & Calming®, Citrus Fresh™, and Joy™. There are also risks associated with other oils. Read the caution label on the back of every oil, so you can experience their fantastic benefits to the fullest!

+ Can Young Living essential oils safely be ingested?
Yes, they* can. We drink lemon oil in our water daily & put Frankincense or Copaiba vitality in our Ningxia Red often. Digize vitality is a favorite especially after a big meal. You may wish to exercise caution not to overuse essential oils by mouth as they can cause gastrointestinal upset and can deplete glutathione. Be sensible people, oils are potent. Trust your body, you are the boss of you!
